1. Booking and Reservations:
- Reservations and booking requests can be made through our website form,
or through phone call with our customer service team, or through email communication,
or through WhatsApp communication.
Note that you can also book our services through international affiliate portals such as
"Get Your Guide" and "Viator".
- Elite Class Transfers provides transportation services subject to availability.
- Reservations are confirmed upon payment and are subject to vehicle availability.
2. Cancellation Policy and rescheduling:
- Cancelations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled transfer or service, will be fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 72 to 48 hours of the scheduled transfer or service, will incur a 25% cancelation fee of the reservation amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours, or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Elite Class Transfers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or shows significant damage,
prioritizing the safety of clients. In the event of a cancellation due to vehicle damage,
clients will be promptly notified, and efforts will be made to reschedule the service at the earliest convenience.
- If Elite Class Transfers is unable to reschedule the service due to non-availability or the client's preference, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take a reasonable time to reflect.
- Clients are encouraged to report any concerns about the vehicle's condition immediately before departure.
3. Fare Structure:
- Prices are based on the selected package which differs on vehicle, persons capacity, distance and time of the transfer or tour.
- Fares can change any time according to the current market prices and clients can be informed by our reservations team while requesting a service.
4. Payment:
- Payments can be made either with bank transfer, payment link, payment gateway, or cash.
- Client invoices are issued by our accounting team and are sent to clients once the service is completed and there is no balance payment pending.
- Payments need to be fully completed and reflected on our bank account prior to the service date.
- Cash payments are accepted only in local currency and our team will issue immediately electronic invoice sent to the customer's email
address or WhatsApp number once the cash have been collected and verified by our representative personnel.
- All cash payments need to be completed and paid in full before the service starts. Our company has the right to terminate the service if payment is not collected prior to the service start time.
5. Vehicle Upgrades or downgrades:
- Clients have the option to upgrade to a higher class or bigger vehicle, or downgrade to a lower class or smaller vehicle, subject to availability within 48 hour notice prior to service start time.
- Additional charges will apply for upgraded vehicles.
- Downgrading a vehicle will be treated as a new booking service and a fee will be charged accordingly in order to process the cancelation of the previously selected service / vehicle.
6. Tours and Transfers:
- Cients are kindly required to provide accurate and correct information when requested by our team
(Flight number, accommodation location, passport or ID, or any other additional information that the
service team need in order to provide smooth and correct service).
- Our company has the right to charge extra fee when information is not accurate and causes delays,
extra hours, extra rides, longer distances. Any extra ride or extended distance and time caused by
false information, will be treated as an extra service and will be charged accordingly to the pricing structure.
- Standard waiting time is included for all tours and transfers, mentioned accordingly as per package selected.
If passengers require additional waiting time, is subject to supplemental charge.
7. Driver Conduct:
- Our drivers are professional and courteous; any complaints should be reported promptly.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their actions during the transfer.
8. Safety and Security:
- Clients are required to use seat belts during the journey.
- Any illegal activities or unruly behaviors of clients, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, use of drugs is strictly prohibited in our vehicles and will result in immediate termination of the service without any refund.
- Any health problems, such as heart conditions, motion sickness, allergies, seizures, etc. need to be mentioned prior to the service date.
Customers assume all risk associated with the service.
- Elite Class Transfers do not have any responsibility to provide medication or medical support if any health emergency arises from a pre-existing condition.
- Elite Class Transfers holds no liability for any health conditions or issues that clients may experience during the service.
9. Lost Items:
- Elite Class Transfers is not responsible for any items lost during service times, or any item left in the vehicle.
- Clients should check the vehicle thoroughly before disembarking.
- If any item is found on the vehicle after the service is completed, our driver will deliver the item to our head-office
and our customer service team will contact the client in order to verify the ownership of it.
Once verification is completed, item can be collected from our head-office during service hours,
or can be delivered to the client's location. Note that any delivery fee will be under client's responsibility.
10. Force Majeure:
- Elite Class Transfers is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as
natural phenomena, fires, rains, flood, storm, disasters, strikes, government regulations, governmental
authority, labor disputes, war, national days, or any circumstances beyond its control.
11. Privacy Policy:
- Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties outside company's associates without consent.
- Data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws (see privacy policy posted on our website).
